The 2to3 binary is now built using Python3, and therefore had to move out of the
python (2) package. It's now provided in it's own 2to3 package. Please add a
build dependency on 2to3, and check if the autopkg test dependencies need an
update as well.

Hello,
this bug has been removed by changing the way "2to3" is invocated.
Nuitka upstream now calls python interpreter with "-m 2to3" and that
works fine. No need for a changed dependency.
Unfortunately I forgot which version that was. I think 0.5.30 upstream
has it in the upsteream changelog.
Yours,
Kay
