Hi Dirk

Due to some new magic in dh-r, r-cran-tseries gains a versioned
dependency on quantmod (>= 0.4.9), but we have 0.4-13-1 in the archive
and this makes r-cran-tseries not installable.

My guess is this was a typo upstream, and they meant 0.4-9 instead of 0.4.9.

Please consider including my patch, attached.

Regards
Graham

Sorry, I plainly assumed that the issue was just caused by my NMU and I
usually try to fix problems I caused as quickly as possible. Closing
the according bug with this mail.
