This looks like a too low shlibs version, but I'm pretty sure it can't happen with gconf2 2.14. The only upload was made against glib 2.10 and has a correct dependency: libgconf2-4 2.14.0-1 depends on libglib2.0-0 >= 2.10.0. Regards, -- .''`.
