This issue does not warrant RC severity.

There is no new tested snapshot to upgrade to.

SVN r13821 in the next JOSM tested snapshot.

You should not be running josm with openjdk-11 yet, the default-jdk & default-jre use openjdk-10.

Configure your java-alternatives to use openjdk-10 or explicitly start josm with openjdk-10 using the JAVACMD environment variable.
