Package psychtoolbox-3 is currently failing to build from source because
file PsychSourceGL/Source/Common/Screen/SCREENDrawText.c includes
xlocale.h, which has been removed from glibc >= 2.26.
The patch attached to this bug report fixes the problem. I will soon
upload a fixed package to unstable, which will also fix Bug#890087.
