github-backup build-depends on haskell-github << 0.16.0 but sid has 0.16.0-1 and buster doesn't have the package at all. So github-backup's build-depends are not satisfiable in either unstable or testing. I notice that there are some changes in collab-maint git since the most recent upload ( https://anonscm.debian.org/git/collab-maint/github-backup.git/commit/?id=633c84cb0da1a0c60154d10f95b8ac89d40b3a62 ) but they do not seem to address this issue.
