OK, I'll try to do this NMU.

If you're OK, I can also try to deal with the pending bug (from
Clytie) mentioning typos/errors in the debconf templates and handle
this without breaking existing translations.

And, while I'm at it, I can also add the pending debconf
translation(s).

If you think that this is too much at a time, then I'll only fix the
FTBFS.

I owe you this as I use openswan daily and am really happy with it
(except not being able to use XAUTH client, which seems to be an
upstream bug).
