this seems to be introduced with updating libexpat1 from 2.2.0-2 -> 2.2.2-2
The following information has been been gathered while reproducing the
mentioned bug:
* Building the extension in an up-to-date unstable chroot fails due to
translation-files '/chrome/locale/ru/sendReport.dtd' and
'/chrome/locale/th/sendReport.dtd
cmd: sbuild -n -A -s --force-orig-source --apt-update -d unstable -v
adblock-plus_2.7.3+dfsg-1
* Building the Extension in an up-to-date stable chroot suceeds (with
equal content in the beforehand mentioned files)
cmd: sbuild -n -A -s --force-orig-source --apt-update -d stable -v
adblock-plus_2.7.3+dfsg-1
* Reordering the content in both mentioned files (without any deletion or
addition) results in succeeding builds with both libexpat1-versions 2.2.0-2
and 2.2.2-2
