Ok, well, the strace you forwarded clearly didn't come from an instance in
which typespeed segfaulted.

Please run strace -ff /var/lib/dpkg/info/typespeed.postinst configure, and
forward that output to the bugreport so that we can see whether the segfault
is reproducible -- and if so, if we can get some information from it.
