If that's really the bug you are effected by, then it's not a bug in this
package - it's a kernel side problem, and the wacom kernel driver is part
of the mainline kernel package these days, not this one.
I was waiting to see if there was a resolution in that report with enough
information about where the problem was introduced to forward this to the
kernel package maintainers myself, but it looks like that's dragging on
still, and since you've escalated the severity here to "grave", I'm going
to just close this here now to avoid misleading people looking at RC bugs
effecting the release.
If you think that's really the bug you're being hit by, then the best
thing you could do to help would be to try to identify the Debian kernel
package version that introduced the problem, and report that information
as a bug against the linux kernel package. There's some details on doing
