Package: kstars-data-extra-tycho2

Justification: renders package unusable
The current testing version of kstars, version 4:16.08.3-1, expects
deepstars.dat to reside in /usr/share/kstars along with its other data files.
However, the current testing version of kstars-data-extra-tycho2 installs it
in /usr/share/kde4/apps/kstars where it is ignored by kstars.
A short snippet from the kstars startup messages:
