Resolving of OpenStack packages FTBFS issues is hard due to the approaching stretch freeze. Additionally, python-webob 1.7.0-1 has its own FTBFS and it is uncertain whether he gets into testing. It would be possible to remove 1.7.0-1 from unstable? I prefer 1.6.2-1, which works fine with current OpenStack in Debian.
