php7.0 is not in jessie-backports, right? There is no guaranty for systems mixing packages for testing/unstable and backports. Anyway, the php maintainers have split php7; I believe encode_utf8 is in php7.0-xml. Does installing this package makes roundcube upgradable? -- Guilhem.
