Moreover, this is regression. Jessie's konsole works well. Moreover, described behavior contradicts to konsole's documentation. I have konsole 4:16.08.2-2 . "konsole --help" says:
-e <cmd> Command to execute. This option will catch all
following arguments, so use it as the last option.
And still my version of konsole has this bug.
