Yes, we're well aware of that problem. The manda buildds don't have sufficient resources to build sfcgal (at least since the boost transition), see: https://lists.debian.org/debian-release/2016/11/msg00318.html I'll request removal of sfcgal (and its rdeps) from mips*.
