After purge and reinstall, the issue is still there.
On git.fosscommunity.in libjs-jquery-ui is 1.10.1+dfsg-1 and it works.
So I think this was introduced in libjs-jquery-ui 1.12.1+dfsg, there was

Build jquery-ui.js and jquery-ui.css from source with manual created
