Package: android-sdk
Version: 24.3.3+2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainers,

I'm trying to build a sample app with the SDK by running 'gradle build'. App is
available at [1].

This is due to the files 'source.properties' and 'build.prop' missing from
/usr/lib/android-sdk/platforms/android-23/

Adding those from Google's upstream archive at [2] makes the build go ahead.

source.properties can be easily generated from the template at [3],
however build.prop might be a bit tricky since it uses a lot of variables
defined during a full android build. We could try adding a dummy file,
or a minimal version. It is generated by [4], and then some more properties are
added.
The platforms directory also includes a file sdk.properties, which we
could include from [5] for completeness.
