Hi,

Your package is failing to build with openssl 1.1:
otp.c: In function 'otp_hash':
otp.c:121:16: error: storage size of 'mdctx' isn't known
     EVP_MD_CTX mdctx;

The struct has been made opaque and you now needs to allocate it
with EVP_MD_CTX_new().
