FTBFS-or-not-FTBFS feels to definitely fall outside of the scope of what
Reproducible can handle right now in terms of headspace, but it's easier
to make a case for ensuring reproducibility across parallel=N.
(I can't recall the case but this isn't the only instance I've seen ooi.)
