Package: gunicorn
Version: 19.6.0-5
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

I installed gunicorn from unstable and there was no gunicorn service
available.

I downgraded to stable and the service was available and started.
I then upgraded to 19.6.0-4 from snapshot.debian.org and the
/etc/init.d/gunicorn file exists in the package, so the server
continued to operate.

The version in unstable does not provide /etc/init.d/gunicorn and
does not depend (or Recommend) another package which provides it,
so servers using gunicorn fail with Service Unavailable.

Please restore the init script for gunicorn. (There is no .service
file in either version of the package.)
