Wilmer,

I've prepared an NMU for bitlbee (versioned as 3.4.2-1.1+nmu1) and
uploaded it to Debian Mentors. Per our discussion, I will request a sponsor
upload it unstable as quickly as possible.

Note, I have marked the urgency high because of the short timeline until this
package is auto-removed from testing.
