i did
ln -s /opt/viber/Viber /usr/bin/viber
ls -al /opt/viber/Viber
ls -al /usr/bin/viber
when i hit viber in console
i got the below output
# viber
This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt
platform plugin "xcb".
Available platform plugins are: eglfs, linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen,
wayland-egl, wayland, xcb.
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
Aborted
i've installed the xcb package i have the same results

I can't even figure how such an email could be possible...
But anywawy, package 'viber' is not in debian, so we're not responsible
for it and its bugs.
Please send your bugs to your provider of the package in question.
