Agree, a single upload in 2012 to experimental and nothing else, with 2
unanswered RC bugs warrants a removal.

BTW, be aware of a recent bug in debbugs that doesn't associate packages
and maintainers when a package is experimental only (probably due to
dropping gz indexes), and thus sends the email(s) to unknown-package@.
(somebody pointed me to an actual bug report for this in the past, but
I can't find it now…)
