php-mongo is obsolete with PHP 7.0 and it's going to be removed from Debian unstable. This is RC bug to make sure that php-horde-mongo gets removed from testing, so we can remove php-mogno, and then gets updated to use the new mongodb extension packaged as php-mongodb.
