Hi. Trying to convert a DTD to XSD, I get:

at com.thaiopensource.relaxng.translate.Driver.main(Driver.java:44)
At first, I was suspecting my input data. But a very simple DTD
with just one element definition fails as well:

Save this as foo.dtd, and run
$ trang foo.dtd foo.xsd
to reproduce.
