The perl 5.22 transition just started (see https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2015/12/msg00005.html) and we seem to have missed that this package depends on the deprecated virtual package "perl5" like some other packages did. The perl 5.22 packages don't provide perl5, making this package uninstallable. As this package does not seem to be under active maintenance, I will NMU this shortly. Cheers, Dominic.
