Version: 0.1.18+b1

Version 0.1.18 is available, but 0.1.18+b1 is not available in the

0.1.18+b1 is a binary NMU. There are no source changes, just a rebuild
against a newer version of libapt-pkg .

See: http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2005/11/msg01368.html .
