gah I'm terribly sorry but I was extremely busy all week long and couldn't get to replying to your message. and now logs for oct 9th just got rotated out into oblivion so I can't send the details I had. real sorry for that! fwiw, dbus was upgraded again to 1.10.0-3 and later I downgraded policykit-1 to 0.105-12, the version from sid. And I haven't seen the same kind of error reproducing. I've had one more issue with gdm that wouldn't start but that day I wasn't seeing the same error lines as initially reported, and rebooting fixed the situation. If I see the issue reappearing I'll make a sign here. -- Gabriel Filion
