I'm filing this bug report to track that we don't release stretch
with gtkhtml4.0 since it's deprecated and has none or few reverse
dependencies.
This bug report should keep gtkhtml4.0 out of testing until
we can sort out the situation in unstable and get gtkhtml4.0
fully removed from the archive.
