I erroneously introduced a non-alternative dependency on
libapache2-mod-fastcgi, which is policy violation (and makes the
package uninstallable of systems without non-free).
(Apart from anything else, this is making the issue with autoremovals
and libapache-mod-fastcgi more complex).
I'll upload a fix this evening.
