The problem for me is on a Debian Sid AMD64 where kwin-x11 4:5.3.2-2 was installed with kde-window-manager 4:5.3.2-2 at the same time. All windows are generate without the top left button "-" "#" "x" and can't be selected with the cursor, some windows open on the full screen and hide all. thanks
