Right, it fails because it can't find "ITKConfig.cmake" any more. When I update libinsighttoolkit3-dev --> libinsighttoolkit4-dev in Build-Depends build progresses till 73% when it fails with another error:
thumbnailscommand.cpp:54:30: fatal error: itkOrientedImage.h: No such file
or directory
Any ideas?
