So i suppose snoopy should conflict with systemd then or maybe present a warning label when it is about to be enabled on a systemd (as opposed to systemd-sysv) booted system. The latter (i.e. booting a systemd install in sysvrc mode via grub advanced boot options) still works fine when snoopy is enabled.
