I don't know how to reply on the Debian Bug report logs. I want to confirm that I too had segfaults using djmount on amd64. Applying the patch suggested by Bernhard Übelacker [004-avoid-crash-by-using-size_t.patch (text/x-patch, attachment)] solved the problem for me.
