That's probably not a good plan at this point - the package needs to be
in testing on November 5th, and migration is set to 10 days now, so you
wouldn't make jessie with a new upload unless the release team was
willing to give you an exception.

If we close #756104 (as Ivo from the release team suggests in the most
recent comment), then the package should migrate to testing in the next
run - the only reason it isn't migrating currently is that the migration
machinery thinks that doing so would introduce a new RC bug into
testing.

I'll send a mail to do that in a moment.
