Neither in plain sid (my "build" box), or using cowbuilder (a newly freshly installed cowbuilder chroot with zero customization). There was also no unit test issues at all. I'm therefore closing this bug. This doesn't mean that I don't care about it, but I just prefer it this way until further investigation happens.
