Package: gir1.2-gweather-3.0 Version: 3.14.0-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer, I recently noticed the gnome-shell extension 'panel world clock' stopped working suddenly. Logs indicated the following: "Error: Requiring GWeather, version none: Typelib file for namespace 'GWeather' (any version) not found" However, the correct package was installed. Also, just doing 'imports.gi.GWeather' in a gjs console gives the same problem. Some investigation shows that the file 'GWeather-3.0.typelib' is installed in the following directory on my system: /usr/lib/girepository-1.0/girepository-1.0 Other typelibs are installed in: /usr/lib/girepository-1.0 After creating a symlink to GWeather-3.0.typelib in that directory, everything works fine. Package content also contains the /usr/lib/girepository-1.0/girepository-1.0 path. Wheezy package contains /usr/lib/girepository-1.0 instead. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (400, 'unstable'), (200, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.16-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-rc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
