Hello,
libaws build-depends on libtemplates-parser11.6-dev. This package exists
only in stable, but not in sid or testing. The dependency should probably
be replaced by a newer libtemplates-parser package.

libaws3.2.0 is in unstable, replacing the version against which you
reported this bug a few days ago. It depends on the new
libtemplates-parser. Therefore this bug affects neither stable nor
testing nor unstable.
