openstack-cloud-services is not installable in sid on any architecture.
This the case since 2014-09-01. There is an interesting mix of different
reasons why the package is not installable on different architectures :
arm64: dependency memcached does not exist
kfreebsd-*: openvswitch-datapath-dkms is not installable
hurd-i386: dependency ntp does not exist
amd64, armhf, i386: dependency openvswitch-datapath-dkms does not exist
armel, mips, mipsel, powerpc, ppc64el, s390x:
(mongodb | mongodb-10gen-unstable | mongodb-nightly | mongodb-stable
| mongodb-unstable | mongodb-10gen) does not exist
