Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
==> Wanted to use the bluetooth to pair my laptop to my phone and a portable
bluetooth speaker.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
==> I had restarted bluetooth service from init.d.
* What was the outcome of this action?
==> The service restarted successfully without any error, but the adapters
still could not be detected.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
==> Expected that the service restart could start the bluetooth adapter
