vim fails to build from source on an hppa: http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.php?&pkg=vim&ver=1%3A6.4-004%2B1&arch=hppa&stamp=1134665344&file=log&as=raw I couldn't find out why it stops right there. I'll take look on it later. It stops on dh_testdir which don't know some option... but it builds fine on the other architectures, I'm not yet sure what causes this.
