It looks to me like https://bugs.debian.org/750338 is caused by the fact that there is only one version of python2 in debian sid.
i plan to change the trac packaging to just use /usr/share/python2.7 for
debian.
(i understand that upstream has announced that there will never be a
python2.8, so we won't need to reintroduce pyshared until trac moves to
python3).
