Package: ieee-data Severity: serious Usertags: fhs The update-oui script places the new files in /usr instead of /var. I would suggest a scheme were installing the package gets you the defaults in /usr/share/ieee-data/defaults/*.txt plus symlinks to the /var dir in /usr/share/ieee-data/*.txt and at package install time the defaults are copied to /var and at package remove/purge time the copies in /var are removed.
