Package: libgksu Version: 2.0.13~pre1-7 Severity: serious Usertags: goto-cc
During a rebuild of all Debian packages in a clean sid chroot (using cowbuilder and pbuilder) the build failed with the following error. [...] make[1]: Entering directory '/srv/jenkins-slave/workspace/sid-goto-cc-libgksu/libgksu-2.0.13~pre1' Makefile:733: *** missing separator. Stop. make[1]: Leaving directory '/srv/jenkins-slave/workspace/sid-goto-cc-libgksu/libgksu-2.0.13~pre1' /usr/share/cdbs/1/class/makefile.mk:47: recipe for target 'debian/stamp-makefile-build' failed make: *** [debian/stamp-makefile-build] Error 2 Indeed this is just a spaces-instead-of-tabs issue supposedly fixed by patch 03_makefile_spaces.patch, which resolves the problem in Makefile.am. Yet the shipped Makefile.in is not being regenerated in the build process, hence the problem persists. Reasons for this failure may be in the various failing clean attempts in the build process, but this is a guess only. The full build log is attached. Best, Michael
