Since the ipaddress module is included with python3.3 and later, having the separate package for ipaddr is redundant and I have dropped it. Fortunately python3 wsme is written to work with either ipaddr or ipaddress: try: import ipaddress except ImportError: import ipaddr as ipaddress That makes this a trivial package change.
