Hi,
So this is a timestamp skew problem. At least configure.in is changed
by the Debian .diff, but configure isn't. Touching configure,
Makefile.in, and aclocal.m4 is enough to debuild again.
Please note however that autoheader will still run if present, so other
timestamp skews are certainly still present.
I think that rebootstrapping the debianized make should be enough, but
it might be easier to touch the above list in debian/rules.
