As a temporary fix, I have disabled the test suite on kfreebsd-i386 and decreased the severity. This is the only architecture with this failure. All the tests pass correctly on similar architectures: kfreebsd-amd64 and on i386. In my experience, this usually means that the bug is actually in the architecture itself (in the libc or in the kernel). I have tracked the SIGFPE down to strtod() which is called by av_expr_parse() with the string "tex^qComp" inside avcodec_open2(). Of course SIGFPE is asynchronous and I can't be certain strdtod() is the actual culprit. Kind regards, Thibaut.
