The package FTBS because Totem 3.12 dropped support for "traditional" plugins like totem-plugin-arte. I don't know yet if there will be a new upstream version of totem-plugin-arte that will fix this FTBS. Porting the project to the Grilo API will require some work/time and the result should not be specific to Totem anymore (so the current "totem-plugin-arte" package may become irrelevant).
