[master]: Try get to a working state.
* Set the kernel-package version correctly in the new dh build.
* The new make is pickier about spacing. Update white spaces to work
with the new make. (Closes: #746950).
* brought back the armel configuration. This should allow building there
again. (Closes: #664854).
