Hi Thorsten, As much as I know, there's no newer version than v3 published of the GPL license by the free software foundation. Also, even though there's some typoes in the debian/copyright file (the first sentence was unfinished), I don't think this deserves seriousness "serious". I have fixed the issue in the Git, will keep this bug as pending until I need a new upload, and I am going to downgrade this bug to important. If you think this is wrong, please explain your view (rather than playing seriousness pingpong).
